The Lung Cancer Screening Postcard is a convenient, double-sided resource designed to raise awareness about lung cancer screening eligibility. Created by PRCRI’s Lung Cancer Screening Task Force, this 4” x 6” postcard provides essential information in both English and Spanish to ensure accessibility for diverse communities. There are two different design options. One with the provider wearing a bracelet, and the other without.
